I'm not a tech guy but I believe you guys are talking about Yahoo Messenger NOT alerting us to Yahoo mail.
If so, I found this from Yahoo........
Yahoo Mail alerts not available in Messenger
Unfortunately, notifications for new Yahoo Mail will no longer appear in Messenger. We're reprioritizing our Messenger feature set so we can focus on our core strengths and new innovations.
You can continue to be up to date on your mail by logging into Yahoo Mail. |
Solution 1: installing an older version of YM! might help. - it doesn't work
