You have to disable driver signature enforcement.
Windows 8/8.1
Go to the top right hand side of the screen and when charms pop up, clicking on Settings, then on Change PC settings (at the bottom).
Under PC settings go on Update and Recovery, then Recovery, then under Advanced Startup click on Restart Now button.
When a new menu appears called "Choose an option", go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Startup Settings, then click the Restart button.
A new screen appears where you have to click the F7 key, corresponding to "disable driver signature enforcement" or something like that.
Once in windows again reinstall magicdisc and you will no longer get the mcdbus error, instead it will ask you to approve installing an unsigned driver. Do that and you will be fine.
Windows 10
Go to the search button near Start Menu, and look for Recovery Options, then once found click on it.
Under Advanced Startup click on Restart Now button.
