You can access the comments pane via the Main Menu -> View -> Other Panes -> Comments or with the key combination Ctrl + M
Once you have the comments pane opened you can;
1) expand/collapse all the comments in your active document,
2) go to the next/previous comment,
3) add a reply to an existing comemnt,
4) view and change a selected comment's properties,
5) delete a comment, or a group of comments
6) summarize comments
7) change the grouping criteria:
So when you want to delete a whole group of objects, all you need to do is select that group and the delete button will activate, then you can go ahead and remove those comments. In the example below, the group of Ovals is selected and ready for removal:
