As far as I've read online, the Event Viewer Errors are caused by SkyDrive and upon checking the 2 registry keys shown in error information, I agree.
Since I don't use SkyDrive, I did 2 things to prevent this from happening:
1. Group Policy Editor a) Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc b) Local computer policy -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> SkyDrive c) Set the first option "Save documents and pictures to the local PC by default" from "Not configured" to "Enabled" d) Set the second option" Prevent the usage of SkyDrive for file storage" to "Enabled"
Note: I don't remember the source for this, but it was a user comment and was about OneDrive not SkyDrive. Same thing if you ask me, as the location in Group Policy is the same and the options are the same, except you write SkyDrive instead of OneDrive.
2. Task Scheduler a) Start -> Control Panel -> System and Security -> Administrative Tools -> Task Scheduler b) Task Scheduler Library -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Skydrive c) Disable the "Idle Sync Maintenance Task" and "Routine Maintenance Task"
Source for this is has images:
