1. Start -> Control Panel -> System and Security -> Administrative Tools -> Task Scheduler
2. Create Task (on the right)
3. In the General tab -> set desired name (eg. Night Reboot) -> select "Run whether user is logged on or not" and "Run with highest privileges"
3. In the Triggers tab -> click the New button
4. Set how often it should happen, eg: Daily at 3 AM then click the OK button.
5. In the Actions tab -> click the New button
6. Under Program/script write shutdown and under Add arguments write /r (for an entire list of shutdown parameters go to THIS LIST or go in CMD window and write shutdown /? at the command line.
7. Click OK then OK again and when the insert password window will appear, insert your windows logon password if you have one.
