This software allows extracting Text Statistics to see which word occurs most times. Thus you can define keywords (key words).
For word documents, you can either copy/paste the text from the word document to a txt file or save it as HTML (Web Page) or Plain text, then open it in NoteTab.
There, you must go to Tools - Text Statistics (or press CTRL+F9), then press on Word Frequency.
To save the list and then import it to Excel you can right click on the list, choose Save Words and save them as a text file.
Then you can import the list to excel and sort it.
