The enableLUA key allows your account to have full admin power all the time. Normally, your account will run under reduced privileges because of UAC.
Open registry editor then go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\
Change the value of enableLUA to 0.
You will also need to reboot for the change to take effect.
