Say you have a sheet with 133 rows and you want to print multiple sets of rows, all having as header row 1 - which is document title and row 2 which is table header.

For example, you want to print:
- Page 1 - Range A3:H14 with A1:H2 as title
- Page 2 - Range A15:H28 with A1:H2 as title
- Page 3 - Range A29:H35 with A1:H2 as title
- Page 4 - Range A36:H38 with A1:H2 as title
.....
- Page 8 - Range A108:H133 with A1:H2 as title

1. First of all, go to Page Layout ribbon and select "Print Titles" under the Page Setup section.

2. In the field "Rows to repeat at top" select the desired row you want to repeat on every page, in our case is rows 1 and 2. You can either select them manually or just insert $1:$2 in the "Rows to repeat at top" field. After selecting the rows, click on the OK button.

3. Go to View ribbon, and under Workbook Views section select "Page Break Preview". Then click OK on the small dialog box that appears (it says you can adjust the page breaks with your mouse).

4. You can notice that your pages are normal sized and you get 3 pages for all 133 rows.

5. In order to print 8 pages instead of 3 (which is our case in particular), you will have to drag the blue line between page 1 and page 2 up, until it meets the range A3:H14. Then drag the next blue line, between pages 2 and 3 up, until it meets the range A15:H28 and so on until the end of the document - page 8 in this particular case, will be A108:H133.

Note:
If you need more pages and there aren't enough, you can insert new page breaks, by going to Page Layout ribbon and click on "Breaks" under the Page Setup section.

6. You can print preview to see if you're satisfied with the result, then just print the pages.

In my case I printed an 8 page PDF file with a virtual printer. Every page had title and table header.
