Just open Command Prompt (SHIFT+right click the folder your videos are in and select "Open command window here" - or use another way then navigate to your folder with the videos)
Once in that folder, type: copy /b 1.mp4+2.mp4
Where 1 and 2 are the name of your videos.
Note: The videos will join onto 1.mp4, thus 1.mp4 will become bigger (being merged with 2.mp4).
