You can check for the last autorecovery file that is automatically saved by Office applications in:

C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\PowerPoint
C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel
C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word

Replace <your user name> with your user name.
