In AA1 I have the value to look for, in AA2 (and dragged down) I put the following Array (CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER) formula:
=INDEX('[DOCUMENTNAME.xlsx]Sheet2'!$A$2:$A$145372;SMALL(IF($AA$1='[DOCUMENTNAME.xlsx]Sheet2'!$J$2:$J$145372;ROW('[DOCUMENTNAME.xlsx]Sheet2'!$J$2:$J$145372)-ROW('[DOCUMENTNAME.xlsx]Sheet2'!$J$2)+1);ROW('[DOCUMENTNAME.xlsx]Sheet2'!1:1)))
Since it looks in over 100k rows, it will take a little to load (10-15 seconds).
Note: Said document.xlsx should be stored in the Documents folder (Start Menu - Documents)
