Create a new module in your PERSONAL.XLSB file:

Sub ToggleR1C1()
Application.ReferenceStyle = _
   xlA1 + xlR1C1 - Application.ReferenceStyle
End Sub




Add this macro as a button on your Quick Access Toolbar (QAT). Every time you click on that button it will switch column references from A-B-C style to 1-2-3 style (R1C1).
