You are in Visual Basic (ALT+F11 from Excel).
1. Right click on the Modules folder and select VBAProject Properties
2. Select the Protection tab.
3. Check "Lock project for viewing"
4. Add Password and Confirm password
5. Click OK
6. Save your file and close VB and excel
7. Open the excel file then VB (ALT+F11)
8. Try to view the code for your file. You can't.
You won't be able to see any of the sheets either without the password. So if you have code in your sheets, it will be protected too.
Will you be able to run the vba codes? Sure!
1. Close VB and in Excel press ALT+F8
2. Run the code. It works.
