For example I wanted in column F to have any of the values KPI and PI in red, and every KRI and RI in blue, without having to make 4 separate conditional formatting rules.
=OR($F4="KPI";$F4="PI") =OR($F4="KRI";$F4="RI")
1. Conditional formatting 2. New rule 3. Use a formula to determine which cells to format 4. Add the formulas above, modified as per your needs
