Question was asked there and I answered with the solution below.
User had a Summary sheet (see image below) and wanted to display X if value is found in the sheet which name is in cell A2.
Summary sheet:
Sheets 123 and 456 both contained months in range A1:A12 and values in range B1:B12.
The formula below returns X if there is a value in 123 for month January, February etc.
The formula can be dragged down and right for as many sheets as required.
