You can find your QATs and Custom Ribbons for Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc. in:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office

You can now back them up regularly using a software like Karen's Replicator.

Note that the Microsoft folder might be hidden, but you can added in the address bar to open it.
