To start a program with Windows:
Create a shortcut to the program you want to start with Windows in one of those folders above.
To start a program with Windows - but minimized
Right click the shortcut created above, select Properties and in the Shortcut tab, under Run select Minimized instead of Normal window from the drop-down list.
