1. Open Registry Editor as Admin
2. Right click on HKLM\SECURITY key
3. Permissions
4. Advanced
5. Owner - Change - search for your user name - click OK - click Apply (ignore errors)
6. Select Administrator - click Edit - select Full control
7. Click OK - OK
8. Restart Registry Editor
