To use dynamic sheet names (if sheet names are in a range of cells), you can use the following formula:
=INDEX(INDIRECT("'" & C$1 & "'!" & "$B$3:$B$200");MATCH($B2;INDIRECT("'" & C$1 & "'!" & "$A$3:$A$200");0))
In C1 is the name of each sheet. In B3:B200 and A3:A200 are the index and match ranges. In B2 is the value to look for in the sheets.
