Doesn't work in browser Outlook.
1. Go to the VIEW tab
2. Click on the View Settings button (left side)
3. Click on Conditional Formatting
4. Click on Add
5. Add a Name
6. Click on Font button and choose the desired options
7. Click on Condition button and set your conditions: eg. word in subject, from, sent to etc.
8. Click on OK until back in Outlook
9. Outlook should refresh and make the changes
