For example you want to replace mc (metru cub = cubic meter) in a document with the m3 notation, with 3 superscript.
This must be done in 2 steps:
1. Replace mc with m++3++ (the idea of the ++ is to have a sequence of characters that doesn't exist anywhere else in your document - if you have ++ anywhere else you can replace them with ## for example)
2. Replace ++3++ with 3 for which from Format - Font select Superscript.
