Windows 11 also requires the PC / Laptop to have a TPM (Trusted Platform Module).
You can check if there is a TPM module by going to Start - Run - tpm.msc.
If the message is negative, you can either search the motherboard manufacturer website for its full specs and see if a TPM module is present, or go into your UEFI / BIOS and under Peripherals (usually) check for the term fTPM (for AMD CPU) or TPP (for Intel CPU). Enable it. Save changes and restart PC.
Then back to Windows check tpm.msc again.
