This site tells you in what version of Windows a service has appeared and it's default state:

The site above has most of my Windows 10 services, however it might have missed a couple, like:
- Microsoft Update Health Service - it was included in update KB4023057 - and it's Disabled by default

This site needs to be updated with v21H1, but still shows the default state of services in 20H2 if you need to reset something:
