If you want to compare two lists of names and see if everybody's there, you could check if the number of names starting with a certain letter is equal in both lists.
Note: There is a possibility that there is a different person with their name starting with the same letter.
Write in a column the letters of the alphabet followed by a *
Like this:
Column A:
A*
B*
C*
etc.
Then insert a formula similar to:
=COUNTIFS(Table2[[Condition]:[Condition]];B$2;Table2[[LIST]:[LIST]];$A3)
In B2 I have a condition and in LIST I have the list of names.
