1. Sign in to the outlook web page:
2. Click Settings (the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page)
3. Click View all Outlook Settings
4. Click Mail > Rules
5. Click Add New Rule
6. Add a Condition, eg. From, and an email address you want forwarded
7. Add an Action, eg. Forward to, add the email to forward to
8. To add the 2nd email;
Add it next to the first in the same field (sends one email to both persons)
or
Add another Action, Forward to, add the 2nd email to forward to (sends two separate emails to each person)
9. Save
