Call Logs Backup
It backs up the call log to an AIOB file which you can send to the other phone and import via the same app.
You can also upload it to Google Drive, OneDrive or DropBox, provided that you log into the corresponding account.

Call Logs Backup & Restore
It backs up the call log to a local database of the program which you can't access manually. You have to log in with your google account to upload that backup to Google Drive.
On the other phone, you access the "Upload database to cloud..." section to download and restore the call log.
You can also export a CSV file but I had to edit the CSV template and didn't bother. Without that, I would receive an error when importing.
