I installed a fresh Windows, updated it to the most recent version, installed Gigabyte App Center in order to be able to shut off the RGB in my PC case.
It freezes every time I open it without even touching the window.
The problem seems to be .NET Framework 3.5 which was apparently disabled by Windows in one of the latest updates.
Go to Start, look for Turn Windows features on or off and open it, select NET Framework 3.5 and install it.
Restart your PC and/or reinstall App Center.
Note: I might have installed an older version
