I want to add some arrows in Wingdings in a column and when I add a hyperlink to the arrows it transforms my Wingdings character in Calibri.
One would say I could easily wait until I have all the hyperlinks then make the font as Wingdings. But this is going to take time and I want to have links for the finished rows. Plus I don't want to keep doing it 2-3 rows at a time when I have 500 rows.
Luckily there's a fix for this:
1. Go to the Home tab
2. Under Styles click the arrow next to the style types to show them all and find one named Hyperlink
3. Right click Hyperlink and select Modify (OR number 4)
3.1. You can remove the check on Font but this way hyperlinks won't be colored in blue 3.2. Besides removing the check, you can also click the Format button and at least select a font, color and underline for your font. But that will convert any other hyperlinks you have in the file to that formatting, and I don't want Wingdings in all columns
4. Instead of modifying the default Hyperlink you could create a new one and apply it where you need it
