Something weird has happened today.
I tried to filter some 2023 values in a table and it wouldn't do it - it would do nothing at all.
I also noticed that for the same Excel file the horizontal scroll bar was not working - it simply would not move.
The thing that seemed to fix it was extending the scroll bar, like grabbing the 3 dots to the left of the scroll bar and dragging them a bit to the left. But after a short minute that stopped working too.
The obvious like restart Excel didn't work either.
The thing that caught the eye was that e-mails were showing notifications slowly as well. Like after an hour after the mail got in Inbox. So I cleared all notifications and the scroll bar started working and the table started filtering.
