The simplest way to do this is to right click on the cell containing the value you want to filter by, selecting Filter, then "Filter by selected cell's value".
Shortcut key combination to apply the filter is:
SHIFT+F10+E+V
SHIFT+F10 to open the right click menu
E to open the Filter section
V to apply the filter based on cell's value
If you have a normal keyboard instead of a laptop's keyboard, you might have the menu key embedded into the keyboard thus instead of SHIFT+F10 you would press just the menu key.
Shortcut key combination to clear the filter is:
SHIFT+F10+E+E
