After installing Windows the last time, I forgot to disable some settings that are useless for me, one of them being Tablet mode.
Open Settings and search for Tablet settings, then:
- When I sign in = Never use tablet mode
- Change additional tablet settings - When I'm not using tablet mode = all to Off

If that doesn't do it until you restart Chrome, you should disable the new look from within Chrome.
In the address bar type the following and press enter:
| chrome://flags/#chrome-refresh-2023 |
On the page there will be the following warning, but I think it addresses the features in that page, and not disabling them. However, having your account synced can recover almost any possible damage. Take warning:

The first result should be upon pressing enter on the above chrome:// address should be:
Set it to Disabled and then click Relaunch.
