In my case Explorer.exe restarted seemingly for no reason.
1. Press windows key + R. Type: %temp% and hit enter then delete everything on the folder.
2. Open command prompt with administrator access and type each command below and wait until scan is completed:
SFC /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth |
3. 3. Close the command prompt then restart your machine.
