While you can get a list with adb, I haven't found a way to get the package name and label with a simple adb command. That since my Android version does not seem to recognize the dump-app-labels command in adb (although Android version is above 11 and adb is at its latest version).
Command I tried was:
| adb -s abcd01e2fgh3 shell cmd package dump-app-labels --user 0 > applabels.txt |
Anyway, I found a nice app to export the app name (label) and package name (com.something.somethingElse etc.) to xml and html. You can also export 1 additional info besides label and package, from a multitude of options (see screenshot on Google play).
After exporting to XML, one can easily import the list in Excel using Power Query.
