On my phone I installed Tiddloid (from F-Droid) to be able to open and edit Tiddlywikis locally on the phone.
I had created the Tiddly on my PC using Tiddlywiki Desktop app, so I sent it to the phone with QuickShare and made a custom folder for it.

Now I want to sync the Tiddlywiki file on my phone and PC, to allow for editing it on both devices and syncing the edits between them.

Download Syncthing for Windows:

1. Install syncthing-windows-setup.exe
    - in start menu search for Syncthing Configuration Page
    - it will open in your default browser
    - in the top right corner click Actions -> Show ID
    - leave the page with the QR code open for now

2. On the Android phone, install Syncthing-Fork from Google Play Store or from F-Droid
    - open it
    - it will ask for a few permissions which you must grant for the app to work

3. Configure the app on the phone:
    - in the Devices page, tap the add device button (top right)
    - click the QR button and allow access to your camera
    - scan the QR code on your PC to add the PC as the connected device
    - in the Folders page, tap the add folder button (top right)
    - give the folder a name, pick a Directory to share
    - under Devices in the same Create Folder page, select the device you just created

4. On the PC:
    - you can close the QR code page
    - refresh the browser window
    - under Folders (left side), click the Add Folder button
    - in the General tab, add a Folder Label, and a Folder Path
    - the file on your phone will automatically be downloaded to that folder
