ShellNewHandler is a simple freeware tool used to enable and disable items in the New context menu. This tool does not require installation, and works in Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.
Download ShellNewHandler from
Unzip the file you downloaded and run the ShellNewHandler.exe file. A window displays containing a list of all the programs and extensions that may display on your New context menu. Uncheck the check boxes for the programs or extensions that you do not want displaying on the New context menu.
Click the Apply button and then click OK to close the tool.
Your New context menu should be shorter now.
