Contrary to what I found on different websites, the Loudness Equalization decreased my volume instead of increasing it. But they say it works only for some people and that is true. For me, it didn't work.
DFX Audio Enhancer doesn't increase volume very much either, especially if you don't want 3D Surround or Ambience.

Buying in-ear headphones really increases volume.
Also, you can buy a set of simple speakers with headphones jack and plug the speakers in the computer and the headphones in the speakers. This way you can increase the volume from the speakers and from the headphones for extreme loudness.
Be careful, loudness can damage your hearing!
