Part I - this will remove the message for any newly downloaded files
1. Start - Run - gpedit.msc
2. User Configuration - Administrative Templates - Windows Components - Attachment Manager.
3. Enable "Do not preserve zone information in file attachments".
No reboot required.
Part II - this will remove the message for already downloaded files
1. Download this software:
2. Delete the ADS for all your already downloaded files.
