basically the command line that you have to use in cmd is:
copy /b firefox.jpg + secret.txt.rar secretfirefox.jpg
You will be able to open (by default) the resulting file (secretfirefox.jpg) with an image viewer and see the image (firefox.jpg) or with winrar and see the contents of secret.txt.rar (in this case the file secret.txt)
