I created a folder in C drive named "secure".
1. At first I add a password to that folder using a simple software like Rabbit Locker:

2. Then I make a "very" hidden folder, like a system folder.
Meaning it won't show up even if someone enables "show hidden files and folders". They would have to also un-tick "hide protected operating system files".
To do that I open a command prompt in the location of my folder, in this case C:\.
So I go to cmd and the prompter should say: C:\.
Now I write the following to system-hide my folder:
attrib secure +s +h

Lock:
cacls foldername /E /P everyone:n
Unlock:
cacls foldername /E /P everyone:f
|
