bxNewFolder is a compact application that was designed to add a "New Folder" button among the standard buttons of Windows Explorer. It also provides a hotkey (F12) to create a new folder within the Explorer more quickly.
NOTE:

To create a new folder in Windows 7, 8, 8.10 and 10, there is an easier way, a shortcut key: CTRL + SHIFT + N
