Assuming you go to a Russian site and instead of letters you get question marks, eg. "��, ��(Hard'n'Heavy)", what you have to do is go to VIEW - TEXT ENCODING and choose Cyrillic.

You will see the Russian letters which you can copy to Google Translate.

Same thing goes for Chinese, VIEW - TEXT ENCODING and choose Chinese (Simplified).
