When you make a screenshot in Windows (PrtSc button, or Alt+PrtSc for window capture), the buttons on that picture are normal size, but if you would want to increase the size of 1 button say 3 times, there would be a loss of quality, it would become all blurry.
To make HQ screenshot of a small button, you need the Windows tool Magnifier.
Go ahead and search for it from start menu, magnify to 300% to get a 3 times bigger button, then PrtSc, paste in paint or whatever software you are using for image editing and have your big button.
