Symptom:
Computer freezes completely for 10-30 seconds, keyboard, mouse won't work.
My opinion:
Reinstall Motherboard / Chipset drivers.
Treatment (see source for more):
Go to Control Panel - Power Options - Change Plan Settings - Change advanced power settings - PCI Express - Link state power management - OFF
Then click the OK button
