1. Go to Word Options (File - Options)
2. Click on Customize Ribbon
3. Under the commands frame on the left, click on the Customize button for Keyboard shortcuts
4. In the frame on the left scroll down and select Macros
5. In the frame on the right select your desired macro
6. Under the frame on the right, click inside the field called Press new shortcut key, then press the desired shortcut key combination.
7. Press the Assign button (bottom left corner of the window).
Note: make sure changes are saved in Normal.dotm file
