1. Select the desired range
2. Go to Conditional Formatting - New Rule
3. Select the 3rd option called Format only Top or Bottom Ranked Values
4. Select Top or Bottom and instead of 10 write 1
5. Choose the desired formatting then click OK
6. Click OK and OK again to apply
