I have 2 excel files, A.xlsx and B.xlsx
I want to make a hyperlink in Sheet3 cell C1 in A to cell Z1 in Sheet1 in B.
When I click on the hyperlink in A, B has to open with cell Z1 selected, regardless of the cell where B was last saved.
1. Create a normal hyperlink to B.xlsx in A.xlsx Sheet3 cell C1 (Insert - Link or press CTRL+K)
The link in A.xlsx - Sheet3 - cell C1 would look similar to this:
SUBFOLDER\B.xlsx
2. In order to navigate to cell Z1 in B, all you have to do is add the sheet and cell reference as follows:
SUBFOLDER\B.xlsx#Sheet1!Z1
