First of all go to DEVELOPER ribbon.
On the left side of the ribbon, click on MACROS.
Select the desired macro, for which you want to add a keyboard shortcut.
Click the OPTIONS button.
Add the desired key to use with CTRL.
Click OK.
Close the Macros dialog box.
Try it.
