1. Open File Explorer / Windows Explorer
2. Click the View tab
3. Click the Options button
4. In the View tab, Go halfway through the list and locate "Restore previous folder windows at logon"
5. Check it, then click OK
Now if you shutdown your PC with some folders open, when you start your PC again they will be loaded.
