Use ChrW function to convert decimal to diacritics / diacritice like ț ă â

For example to write the Romanian word for Saturday which is Sâmbătă:
"S" & ChrW(226) & "mb" & ChrW(259) & "t" & ChrW(259)

ț = 539 or
ţ = 355
â = 226
ă = 259
ş = 351
