You can use Distinct Count which will count unique values in 2 ways:
- creating at least 2 Tables in your Excel, then adding a relationship between them (Data tab - Relationships), then creating a Pivot table and selecting "Add this data to the Data Model" (this is a MUST)
- using Power Pivot
